ACTIVITIES - NONO HOLIDAYS 2011

Nono's parish, celebrated its holiday, Nono did the invitation to Ecuadorian tourists and foreign tourists.

As always every year, the parish welcomes all our guests with the warmth that characterizes the people of Nono, we visited in large numbers, people from different parts of the country and the world, who enjoyed the holiday programming with various activities for all tastes on different days.

Family, friends, Ecuadorian tourists, foreigners and Nonenses gathered in the parish of Nono to share, remember and teach new generations the traditions of a parish feast, Nono is a culturally rich town legends and traditions.

All events are normally met by following the set schedule.

ECOLOGIC TOURISM IN NONO

It should be emphasized the natural goodness that has the parish of Nono, so that is a place of great tourist interest. We invite all Ecuadorians and foreign tourists to enjoy ecological tourism as close to Quito.

45 minutes from Quito to 18.5km you can find trails, waterfalls, orchids, bird watching (hummingbirds, declared cheeked puffleg emblem of the city of Quito), fauna and flora, history, viewpoints, and so on. You may experience a combination of adventure tourism, sports tourism such as horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, milking cows, making cheese, etc..

It also promotes community tourism, so you can share with the people in the community Alaspungo know their traditions, stories, visit their Culuncos paths, old ways of the Yumbo, waterfalls, etc..

Within the food and lodging services, Nono offers several options we can fit the needs and tastes of tourists. You can enjoy various dishes from the sector, and if you want you can enjoy gourmet food, with their various specialties.
